My dog passed away yesterday.. I cried throughout the whole night & find that it's like having a bad dream. But when i woke up, i have to face the reality again..I was outside when i heard that he's gone.. My heart pounded loudly & i began to cry loudly when boy was trying to rush home!! He was still alright when i left the house but why did he suddenly go all of a sudden?? I rushed back to see him lying on the floor motionless with his tongue sticking out.
14 years!! It's been 14 years since he's with us.. Now everyone feel awkward as if we've lost something in our family. Felt so empty without him following you around..
I know it may be better for him to just go rather than suffering with illness.
But i blamed myself for bringing him to the vet. Due to insufficient blood in his paws, the vet has to collect blood sample from his neck for blood test. I regretted for letting the vet do so as it had caused him to have a big bruise around his neck! He was alright before we brought him to the vet. He still could walk around & asking for food. After visiting the vet, he lazed around & refused to eat, drink, move nor even going to the toilet for the next 4 days!!
What will happened if a human were not to eat or drink for 4 days? Let alone a dog whom does not know how to express any agony or pain. He's so weak that he even fall upon steps.
4 days after visiting the vet & now he left us.. Leaving us FOREVER..
If i did not bring him to the vet, maybe he could have lived longer.. Really longer than just 4 more days...
